I feel very disappointed with the wasted deal here. I initially ordered 5kg of cooper 0.2mm thick and the salesperson said it can be cut according to my customised width size which was 762mm. I paid USD 253 and I received the copper at 76.2mm width and when I questioned the salesperson, she said the item could not be cut accordingly giving lot of reasons. Firstly she should have checked with her workers before taking my order whether it can be done or not. And after I questioned her about the wrong order she told me to order another 50kg worth of copper so that she could offset my wrong 5kg. what rubbish is this??? what is she do the same for the 50kg which the cost is higher. henceforth I don’t trust this salesperson and not willing to accept that proposal. I have ordered items before but this is my 1st time having bad experience with this person. Very disappointed in all. I won’t order here anything anymore after I wasted my USD 253!
